A ‘Creative Challenge’ at the National Glass Centre

Thanks to the National Glass Centre for inviting me along to take photographs at their Creative Challenge event.

A total of £725.40 was raised to help support their Creative Age Project, which provides weekly creative sessions for people living with dementia and their partners or carers.
The Creative Age Project, is delivered in partnership with Equal Arts and is funded largely by Comic Relief and Arts Council England, and having been invited along previously to photograph one of their sessions, I can say from first hand knowledge, that I thought it was a great idea.

Those attending the Creative Age Project seemed to be really enjoying the activity as well as coming together in a very friendly and supportive atmosphere.
If you would like to take part in the project please speak to a member of staff at the National Glass Centre or email learning@sunderland.ac.uk.
